Innovate Living – Developer of Luxury Residences in Dubai Innovate Living is a real estate developer in Dubai with a great experience in creating boutique environments. The firm was founded in 2008 by Kareem Fahmy who is the present CEO of the company. The flagship project of the company Palme Couture Residences is located on Palm Jumeirah and offering a collection of 14 residences, including three-bedroom apartments, four-bedroom townhouses and five-bedroom duplexes. The work on this project started in 2015 and by Q1 2018 was officially launched. In 2012 Innovate Living acquired a land plot on Palm Jumeirah and began construction of the series of luxury villas, known as B Frond, N Frond and G Frond. B Frond is a 6,000 sq. ft development that was completed in 2015 and offers 4BR Mediterranean style villas with sea views.
